BEGINNER SPIN

New to spin or maybe it's been a while?

This class is the perfect place to start or restart your fitness journey.

Our instructors will guide you through the basics of bike setup, technique, and simple ride profiles to help you build confidence and fitness on the bike. Expect a fun, low-pressure workout with energizing music, steady-paced intervals, and plenty of support. You’ll leave feeling strong, accomplished, and ready for more! You may want to continue attending this class while you build up your fitness!

 

SPIN

Clip in, tune out, and ride to the rhythm. Our Spin classes are high-energy, music-driven cardio sessions designed to challenge your body and lift your mood. Whether you’re climbing hills, sprinting through intervals, or finding your power in the beat, every ride is a chance to sweat, release, and reconnect with your power.

All levels welcome! Just bring your energy (and a sweat towel!)​​

SPIN POP-UP CLASS

Active Flow is excited to introduce pop-up classes.

January Pop-up:

Spin & Abs

20 mins Spin, 20 mins Abs on the mat

Thursdays at 5pm 

​

February Pop-up:

Spin & Strength

20 mins Spin, 20 mins Strength training off the bike with weights  

Mondays at 8:30am
