​This all-levels dynamic Mat Pilates flow builds strength, stability, and body awareness from the ground up, with the option to add a challenge through layers and additional resistance, using small props like Pilates balls, booty bands and ankle weights.

​Expect feel-good movement, mindful breath and zero pressure to be perfect! Whether you're brand new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, variations are offered throughout so you can move in a way that feels both safe and challenging for your body.
