Our Reformer Pilates studio in Peregian Springs offers a welcoming space with 12 reformers and experienced instructors supporting you at every level.

From beginner-friendly sessions to dynamic, strength-focused classes, our Reformer Pilates combines traditional principles with functional movement to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance control.

We also offer stretch-focused sessions and Seniors classes, so there’s something for every body.

Vision

Reformer Flow

A beginner-friendly class, welcoming all levels and loved for its more traditional, slower-paced flow.

Enjoy familiar foundational movements like footwork and feet in straps, with layered options and adjustable spring resistance to suit your experience. Build core strength, mobility, and stability while moving in a calm, nourishing way, leaving you feeling stronger, more grounded, and confident on the Reformer.

A dynamic, full-body Reformer class designed for intermediate to advanced clients.

Blending Pilates with functional movement, this class challenges your strength, balance and stability in a more playful way.

With upbeat music and adjustable spring resistance, you can tailor the intensity to your level while exploring new ways to move.

Expect to leave feeling strong and capable.

Reformer Jump Board

 

A high-energy Reformer class designed for intermediate to advanced clients looking for an extra challenge. Using the jump board, you’ll combine power bursts with strength work for a dynamic, high energy workout. New to jump board?

You’ll lie on the carriage and use your feet to jump against the resistance of the springs.

Reformer Strength

A progressive, strength-focused class designed to help you build and maintain muscle so you feel strong. This class uses heavier spring loads and weights with fewer, more intentional repetitions, allowing your muscles the time and resistance they need to truly adapt and grow.
You’ll leave feeling empowered, grounded, and strong in your body.

Reformer experience is highly recommended.

Reformer Stretch​

A slower-paced Reformer class focused on improving flexibility, mobility, and recovery. Using gentle stretches and controlled movements, you’ll release tension, support joint health, and move more freely. The perfect complement to your weekly training helping you feel more flexible, balanced, and refreshed.

Reformer Seniors

A supportive, low-impact Reformer Pilates class designed for Seniors to help build strength, improve balance, and increase mobility for everyday life.

With a focus on core stability, flexibility, and joint health in a safe, welcoming environment.

Perfect for staying active, building confidence, and connecting with like-minded people.

Senior Spin & Stretch

This class starts with an upbeat, yet gentle 20 minute ride on the Spin Bike and then we move onto the Reformer to stretch out our muscles.
