Our Reformer Pilates studio is home to 12 reformers and a team of highly trained, passionate instructors who are here to support you at every level. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your practice further, we’ve got a class for you—from beginner-friendly sessions to challenging dynamic flows. We offer a mix of Pilates, functional workouts and more dynamic classes, to soothing stretch sessions, and specialised classes for Seniors. No matter your experience, you’ll feel welcomed, supported, and stronger every time you step on the reformer.

Vision

Reformer Flow (Pilates)

Our Reformer Flow (Pilates) class is beginner friendly, welcoming all levels. It is so loved by our regulars who enjoy a more traditional style of Reformer Pilates.

​

You'll enjoy familiar foundational movements like footwork, feet and hands in straps. With a variety of spring resistances and layered movements, you can tailor your session to your level of experience. In this class, you will build upon these foundational movements and enjoy a slower, nourishing flow that enhances core strength, mobility, and stability. You'll leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and confident on the Reformer.​

Reformer Active

Our Reformer Active class offers a dynamic and challenging workout, perfect for those with intermediate to advanced experience. We focus on functional movements that enhance your balance and stability.

Some may argue it's not Pilates but we embrace the innovation! This class is ideal if you're looking to add a playful twist to your Pilates routine. We encourage you to explore your limits and move freely.

With upbeat music, a variety spring resistance, you can tailor the session to your fitness level.

Our focus is on natural movement patterns and enjoying the experience.

Expect a full-body workout that builds strength, stability, mobility, and balance. You'll leave feeling invigorated and eager for your next session.​​

Reformer Jump Board

 

Get ready to elevate your workout with our Reformer Jump board class! 

This high-energy, dynamic class is perfect for those days when you're craving an extra challenge. Designed for intermediate to advanced clients, we'll incorporate bursts of higher intensity movements and strength training sets for a heart-pumping workout.

New to the jump board? Picture yourself lying on the carriage, using your feet to jump away from the springs.

You'll work up a sweaty glow and then finish with a restorative stretch to ground yourself again.

Reformer Seniors

​

If you consider yourself a Senior, this class is for you. Our Reformer Seniors class is thoughtfully designed to support healthy aging through safe, low-impact movement that helps you feel stronger, more stable, and more mobile in everyday life. In this 45-minute session, we focus on building strength, improving balance, enhancing flexibility, increasing joint mobility, and developing core stability—all essential pillars for maintaining independence and confidence as we age.

This class is ideal for Seniors looking to stay active, meet like-minded individuals, and enjoy the many benefits of Reformer Pilates in a supportive, welcoming environment.

​Reformer Stretch​

​

Experience deep relaxation and with our Reformer Stretch class. This yin-inspired class combines breath work, gentle movement, and somatic practices to help you connect with your body and find inner peace. Through a series of stretches and mindful movements, you'll improve your flexibility, enhance your overall well-being, and leave feeling balanced and aligned. Reformer Stretch is the perfect complement to your weekly workout routine. Your mind, body, and soul will thank you.​
