About your trainer
Michelle
Highly Qualified & Experienced
Michelle is the owner of Active Flow with nearly 20 years’ experience in fitness and exercise rehabilitation.
She is a Qualified Personal Trainer, with an Honours Degree in Human Movement Sciences & Biokinetics, and a Diploma in Health Sciences, specialising in Integrative Nutrition and Naturopathy.

With a background in rehab and experience working with post-operative clients through to professional athletes, Michelle now specialises in strength, fat loss, posture correction, and rehab.
