I created Back To YOU! because I know what it feels like to feel disconnected from yourself. I know what it feels like to want change, but feel too tired to keep forcing it. I know what it feels like to question whether it’s your hormones, your stress, your body, your willpower, or just the season of life you’re in.

 

And I also know that most women don’t need another plan that makes them feel like they’re failing.

Is this a weight loss program?

Weight loss can absolutely be a goal inside the reset, but this is not an extreme diet or quick fix challenge. We focus on the foundations that support sustainable fat loss: nutrition structure, protein, blood sugar, movement, stress awareness, metabolism and consistency.

Do I need to be an Active Flow member?

No. The reset is designed to support women at different starting points. If you are already training at Active Flow, we can help guide how your classes fit into your goals. If you are not currently training, we can help you begin with realistic movement options. But you can also do the Reset even without attending classes.

 

Will I be given a meal plan?

Yes. You’ll receive meal plan options, recipes and shopping lists to help you get started and reduce overwhelm. The goal is to give you structure and confidence, not to make you feel restricted.

 

What if I’m really unfit or haven’t exercised in ages?

That’s okay. This reset is about meeting you where you are. You do not need to be fit to begin. We’ll help you understand what kind of movement supports your body and your goals.

 

What if I think my hormones are the problem?

We’ll explore how hormones, stress, sleep, food and metabolism can all influence how you feel and how your body responds. This reset is educational and supportive, but it does not replace medical advice. If needed, we can help you understand what may be worth discussing with your healthcare provider.

 

What if I’ve tried everything before?

Then you are exactly the kind of woman this reset was created for. This is not about doing another extreme plan. It’s about understanding why the old approaches didn’t last and building foundations that actually support you.
