Body Composition Health Screening

Two 30 minute snapshots of your health and your habits,

and 3 focus points to help you move forward.

This session is ideal if you are wanting a quick,

valuable check-in on where you're currently at.

We look at your body composition data, alongside your nutrition, movement, and lifestyle habits, to give you a clearer picture of what areas may need attention.

You will leave with:

  • A snapshot of your current body composition

(Body fat %, Muscle Mass, hydration etc.)

  • Insight into what may be supporting you or holding you back

  • 3 clear focus points on what to prioritise next

  • Fresh motivation and direction

Nutrition Consults

A deeper, more personalised consult for you.

These sessions are for you if you're ready to look beyond the surface and explore what is really driving your health. Together, we take a deeper look at your goals, current habits, lifestyle, movement, nutrition, symptoms, recovery, and your overall health picture as well as your Body Composition.

Whether your focus is fat loss, feeling stronger, improving energy, reducing cravings, building healthier habits, supporting your hormones or health, this session is tailored to you.

90 min Nutrition Consult

A 90 minute consult is recommended for your first time. This is the best place to start if you want the time and space to unpack it all.

It allows us to take a thorough look at the bigger picture and create more meaningful direction.

Best for:

  • First time consults

  • If you're wanting more support

You'll leave with:

  • A snapshot of your current body composition (Body fat %, Muscle Mass, etc.)

  • A deeper understanding on what's driving your current health and habits

  • A personalised framework to help you achieve your goals

  • Confidence in your health plan

Pricing: $180

60 min Nutrition Consult

Ideal as a follow-up consult.

This session is perfect for reviewing progress, refining your plan, troubleshooting challenges, and keeping momentum going. It is a great way to stay supported and make sure your approach continues to align with your goals.

Best for:

  • Follow-up support and accountability

  • Adjusting your plan

Pricing: $120

Every consultation is designed to feel supportive, practical, and personalised.

My approach looks at the body as a whole combining movement, nourishment, recovery, lifestyle, and real-life habits so you can walk away with a framework that feels achievable, not overwhelming.
