Meet The Team

Studio Owners
Michelle & Wes
Michelle and Wes are the heart behind the studio
—a power couple driven by a lifelong love of movement and a deep belief in its power to uplift you. Their journey began with how exercise made them feel: strong, powerful, alive.

But what truly fuels them is sharing that joy with others. With open hearts and a whole lot of passion, they’ve created a beautiful, welcoming space where everyone is encouraged to move, connect, and feel at home within the space, but more importantly within themselves.

For them, it’s not just about movement
—it’s about community, nourishment, and feeling your best.

Studio Owner, Instructor & Operations Manager
Wes
Wes is the guy who makes things happen
—both behind the scenes and on the studio floor. A plumber by trade with years of experience as operations manager and business owner. Wes poured his heart (and handy work) into the full fit-out of the studio.

Wes discovered a new love for movement through Reformer Pilates, which helped him overcome back pain. An accomplished triathlete and total machine on the bike, you’ll find him leading high-energy Spin and Functional Fitness classes—always with a friendly smile and a drive to help you feel stronger everyday.

Pilates Instructor
Christine
Christine has a beautiful grounded energy, with a professional yet friendly tone. She considers herself a “mature aged teacher" and with this, comes a nurturing understanding of the body as it ages.

This self confessed “gym junkie” first started Reformer Pilates in 2002 and was instantly hooked by the style and philosophy of Pilates.
She later completed her teacher training and remains passionate about strength and movement, regardless of age.

Christine loves creating new and progressive exercises for the Senior classes each week.

Pilates Instructor
Jade
After four years of practicing Reformer Pilates, Jade finally took the leap into teaching—and hasn’t looked back since.
She fell in love with how this low-impact movement made her feel: strong, empowered, and more confident in her body than ever before. Now, she considers it an honour to walk alongside her clients, helping them build their own strength—physically, mentally, and beyond.

Jade’s classes are all about layered fun: progressive flows that challenge every level, a solid core burner (always!), and a few electro-vibey house tracks to keep the energy high and the vibes flowing.

Pilates Instructor
Hannah
Hannah is a qualified Pilates instructor with a deep love for all things health, wellness, movement, and nourishment.
She first discovered Pilates in 2018 after attending a few classes with her mum—and was instantly hooked on the way it made her feel. That spark led her to pursue formal training and share her passion with others.

Hannah’s classes are strong yet accessible, with thoughtful layers built into every movement. Her aim is to make clients of all abilities feel capable, confident, and supported—leaving each class feeling uplifted and ready to take on the day.
