Meet The Team

Studio Owners
Michelle & Wes
Michelle and Wes are the heart behind the studio
—a power couple driven by a lifelong love of movement and a deep belief in its power to uplift you. Their journey began with how exercise made them feel: strong, powerful, alive.

But what truly fuels them is sharing that joy with others. With open hearts and a whole lot of passion, they’ve created a beautiful, welcoming space where everyone is encouraged to move, connect, and feel at home within themselves.
For them, it’s not just about movement
—it’s about community, care, and creating something meaningful together.

Studio Owner and Operations Manager
Wes
Wes is the guy who makes things happen
—both behind the scenes and on the studio floor. A plumber by trade with years of experience as operations manager and business owner. Wes poured his heart (and handiwork) into the full fit-out of the studio.

Wes discovered a new love for movement through Reformer Pilates, which helped him overcome back pain. An accomplished triathlete and total machine on the bike, you’ll find him leading high-energy Spin and Functional Fitness classes—always with a friendly smile and a drive to help you feel stronger everyday.

Pilates Instructor
Christine
Christine has a beautiful grounded energy, with a professional yet friendly tone. She considers herself a “mature aged teacher" and with this, comes a nurturing understanding of the body as it ages.

This self confessed “gym junkie” first started Reformer Pilates in 2002 and was instantly hooked by the style and philosophy of Pilates.
She later completed her teacher training and remains passionate about strength and movement, regardless of age.

Christine loves creating new and progressive exercises for the Senior classes each week.

Pilates Instructor
Jodie
Jodie is known for creative, challenging, technique focused flows that build the burn. She delivers classes that seamlessly layer breath, control, and endurance to create a powerful mind-body connection. With every session, her goal is simple: to leave you feeling energized, inspired, stronger—and a little sore too.

Pilates Instructor
Jade
After four years of practicing Reformer Pilates, Jade finally took the leap into teaching—and hasn’t looked back since.
She fell in love with how this low-impact movement made her feel: strong, empowered, and more confident in her body than ever before. Now, she considers it an honour to walk alongside her clients, helping them build their own strength—physically, mentally, and beyond.

Jade’s classes are all about layered fun: progressive flows that challenge every level, a solid core burner (always!), and a few electro-vibey house tracks to keep the energy high and the vibes flowing.

Pilates Instructor
Zoe
Zoe started Pilates in her early-20s after an injury where it helped her build a more resilient body. As an instructor, she finds it rewarding seeing your form improve, posture correct, and confidence boost over time.
She describes her style as challenging yet accessible, offering layers so everyone can respect their bodies, working at a level that suits their body on the day. She believes that growth happens when we push ourselves outside our comfort zone and would encourage you to take the challenge, even just for a rep or two.
She aims to create an environment where you'll feel safe to explore your ability and test yourself without fear of failure, or judgement. Zoe is also blown away when people listen to their bodies and take the ‘easier option’ She has a lot of respect for people who can check the ego and do what feels best for their body.
